However, if you would like to participate to the conference without a presentation, please first fill in the Online Registration Form.


Registration Fee Rates (*):

For a student (**): --- EUR

For a faculty person: --- EUR


(*) These rates are valid by April 1, 2015. After April 1, --- EUR extra to the above rates.

(**) Student status confirmation is needed.


Registration fee includes:

  • participation to the conference dinner

  • lunches on May 28-29-30, 2015

  • publication charges of one paper (if accepted)

  • abstracts book

  • program booklet

  • conference materials (conference bag, pen, and etc.)

  • participation to all sessions

  • coffee - tea - soft drinks - cookies.


  • For the presentation of two papers, it is needed 1.5 registration fees.

  • Accompanying person fee just includes the participation to the conference dinner and three lunches.

  • Registration fee does not cover the accommodation fee (please see the Accomodation link for details).

  • Registration fee does not cover the excursion fee on May 31, 2015 (please see the Program link for the up-to-date information about the excursion program).

  • All conference participants MUST fill in the Online Registration Form.

  • An official invitation letter will be sent, by an e-mail, to the participants who complete the abstract submission process.

  • Please follow the next steps when sending your money and completing your full registration.

Important Notes:

  • Please write a reference (your name, your university, and your country) on the bank receipt when transfering money via Option 1.

  • Payment confirmation is needed by e-mail with a carbon copy to after scanning your bank receipt.

  • Please send your MTCN number, and your name to with a carbon copy to after transfering money via Western Union.

  • ALL conference participants are responsible for any bank remittance expenses or for any comission charges.
